As a Policy Administrator – Title Changes, you will be responsible for handling and processing all title changes such as beneficiary, transfer of ownership, name changes, etc., as well as supporting non-financial transactions such as term cancellations. In this role, you will have to pay keen attention to company, regulatory, and legal guidelines when processing each request.

Essential Job Functions

A strong focus on quality and the ability to process expected volumes is essential. You will:

  • Apply knowledge of all products, systems, and procedural guidelines when processing title changes, ensuring that published service and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure published service and quality standards have been met when handling title changes, address changes, and Term cancellations.
  • Follow Money Laundering/Suspicious Transactions Guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bilingual – French and English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, working in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within a specified turnaround time
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Related experience working in an Operations division would be an asset
  • A strong focus on quality
  • Ability to work quickly and multitask with a high degree of attention to detail as priorities change.

Work Environment

  • Remote, Canada.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30 EST.
